FEE STRUCTURE

Our fee can be structured around :

PERCENTAGE OF INDIVIDUAL CONTRACT VALUE
This allows for the greater flexibility and scalability of the FM Contract

FIXED FEE FM CONTRACT
This allows the client to lock in the cost of the facility overhead for the duration of the contract

ADDITIONAL WORKS(non contractual)
A pre-agreed fee  percentage would typically apply to any additional works. 

Through multiple contract procurement, following negotiations with specialist contractors, we can directly pass savings to our clients.
